The physicians at Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center know orthopedics, and they also know their patients.
That’s why Panorama has been a proud sponsor of the Warren Miller Film Tour, which produces an annual feature-length film on skiing and snowboarding. Many of Panorama’s patients are athletes, weekend warriors and people who simply love being active and enjoying the great outdoors.
Panorama was a sponsor of 2011 tour in Colorado, which featured Warren Miller’s 62nd annual feature film Like There’s No Tomorrow. The film is narrated by Olympic Gold Medalist Jonny Moseley.
Panorama physicians regularly treat skiers and snowboarders, but also participate in events such as the film tour to help educate skiers and athletes about how to protect themselves from injury.
The film tour marked the beginning of the 2011 ski season. Attendees were given an opportunity to attend a free seminar by Panorama’s Dr. Eric Stahl, an orthopedic surgeon who is also a certified heli ski guide and the 1972 World Champion skier in the combined and downhill.
Panorama physicians, many of them accomplished athletes in their own rights such as Dr. Stahl, have served as team physicians for various organizations. This includes the U.S. Ski Team, the U.S. Disabled Ski Team, U.S.A. Rugby and several professional and college teams.
Like There’s No Tomorrow features world-class athletes such as Chris Davenport, Julia Mancuso, Daron Rahlves, Colby West and Seth Wescott on some of the world’s most inspiring snowy landscapes.
