We know that insurance benefits can sometime be confusing, so we've created a list of questions you should know before your visit. It is ultimately the patient's responsibility to understand their benefits and we hope this will help you ask the right questions of your insurance company so that you know what's expected of you.
1. Know your copay- copays are decided by your insurance and we are required by law to collect these at the time of your visit.
2. Know your deductible- deductibles vary from plan to plan and knowing this will help you plan for expenses that you may incur.
3. Know your co-insurance- this is sometimes in addition to your deductible and varies from plan to plan.
